It’s Mel here..
So you've probably been scrolling the gram, researching the many, many amazing celebrants out there, and you have now landed on my page (yay!).
Well... welcome! I'm so glad you're here, and I hope I am the one for you! I am incredibly passionate about weddings. Not just in the general sense, but also breaking down that stigma that the ceremony is the 'serious and boring' bit that everyone needs to endure, before the real party starts.
I say - your ceremony IS the best moment of the day, so lets make it a party right from the get go!

I have worn (and am still wearing) many hats as a Vocalist, DJ/MC, Celebrant, Wedding Planner and a Wedding Event Manager (told you I was wedding obsessed!)
This gives me a greater perspective and understanding in what it takes to make the most epic, stress-free and smooth running celebration, so you can just concentrate on enjoying the best day of your lives.
So how did I get here?
Well, having been a performer for so many years, I got to perform at A LOT of weddings, and my favourite part was ALWAYS the ceremony.
Watching every celebrant when I was there, left me thinking ‘that must be the best job in the world and umm I WANT TO DO THAT!’
So here I am, lucky enough that I get to experience the most amazing and unforgettable day of peoples lives alongside them (but not in a third wheeling kind of way!)
To create beautiful, heartfelt and genuine love stories with just the right amount of humour has always, and will always be my style of ceremony.

“Mel was AMAZING! Her acoustic duo played at our ceremony and reception and then became DJ at our Reception too. The dance floor went off and everyone said they were busting for the loo's but couldn’t find a bad song to leave the dance floor. She set the mood for our wedding and it was perfect.
